Media and Entertainment (Dispute Resolution)

Media is a constantly evolving global industry. Advances in technology have opened new channels for consumer engagement, ranging from streaming services to social media to targeted advertising and more recently metaverses.

In this rapidly developing market, companies and talent have to maximise and protect the value of all their content and other assets.

We help our clients commercialise and protect their content and the intellectual property that underpins it. We ensure that they are not only protected against an infringement or breach, but also prepared for one and ready to react immediately.

We are particularly well known for our work in respect of Advertising and Marketing, Gaming, Social Media & Interactive Content, and have also been advising an ever-growing number of clients on all aspects of their NFT and metaverse strategies.

We provide a full suite of legal services to production, promotion, publishing and content owning companies, as well as celebrities, influencers, musicians, actors, directors, producers, authors, journalists, broadcasters, artists, designers and sports talent.

The passion of our team of lawyers is reflected in our embrace of the sector’s incredible diversity. We support one of the UK film industry's charitable bodies, the British Film Institute (BFI) and are a partner in its LGBTQI+ film festival, BFI Flare.
