Rupert Melville-Ross and Andrew Williamson have led the Mishcon de Reya Farms & Estates team through the successful acquisition of the Sutton Bridge Estate in Lincolnshire marking the largest farmland transaction of the year.
This prestigious estate, spanning 5,044 acres around the village of Sutton Bridge, was purchased from The Henry Smith Charity by a USA-based charitable institution. Renowned as one of England's finest commercial farming estates, the portfolio includes 33 houses and cottages, alongside over 90 tenancies. The estate includes an allocation for 210 homes.
