Real Estate Partner Susan Freeman attended the Labour and Conservative Party Conferences, where Mishcon de Reya once again co-hosted Property Shapers policy dinners with London Communications Agency. The theme of both dinners “From town hall to Whitehall: will confrontation or collaboration mark the way forward?" proved to be appropriate given the current political climate and sparked lively debates chaired by EG editor Damian Wild. Once again our high profile guests included council leaders, property companies, housing associations and thought leaders and both dinners were addressed by London Deputy Mayor for Housing, James Murray. Mishcon de Reya was also represented at the dinners by senior members of our planning group, Anita Rivera and Daniel Farrand.
