- Advised the Management Team of Corndel on the sale of Corndel Group to Galileo Group. Aggregate Value in excess of US$150,000,000
- Advised long-term client Autovista Group and its management team on the sale of Autovista Group to J.D. Power, a global leader in data analytics. Value in excess of US$750,000,000
- Acted for Founder Shareholders and Company in relation to the investment bynMarlin Equity Partners (“Marlin”) of a growth investment in Open Asset Enterprises (“Open Asset”), a leading verticalized DAM (“Digital Asset Management”) provider for the AEC (“Architecture,
- Engineering and Construction”) industry. Enterprise value in excess of €100m.
- Advised Dream International Cooperatief U.A. (DIC) in connection with a significant €350m investment by the Qatar Investment Authority and related transactions including its acquisition of shares in Dream International B.V. (Dream BV) from Metric and Temasek and the subsequent sale of these shares to a Luxembourg based investment fund (SQC).
- Advised on revised equity documentation between DIC, SQC and, Dream BV's existing investors, Metric Capital Partners and a portfolio company owned by the Qatari Investment Authority.
- Advised Spektrix Limited on New Equity investment from Norland Capital, and additional finance from Foresight Group. Value £70m.
- Advised litigation funder Therium Capital Management Limited ("Therium") on a market-transforming £200 million private fundraising to invest in the costs of large-scale commercial litigation, group litigation and global arbitration.
- Acting for the management of Phase One, the world's leading camera manufacturer, in relation to the equity arrangements on the MBO of Phase One by Silverfleet Capital.
- Acting for Canouan Development Corporation Limited in relation to the buyout of a joint venture partner and new joint venture arrangements relating to the ownership and development of the Island of Canouan in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
- Advising Bessel Capital International in connection with numerous strategic acquisitions.
- Advising Lab49 Consulting Holdings Limited in relation to potential strategic acquisition and divestiture opportunities.
- Advised Capman Plc. (a quoted Finnish Private Equity Fund) in connection with the sale of IT2 Treasury Solutions Group with operations in the UK, US and Denmark to Wall Street Systems Inc.
