The Employment Rights Bill is making its way through Parliament, bringing with it some of the biggest changes to Employment law in thirty years. One of the most significant, and least talked about, elements of the Bill is the sweeping new powers that will be given to Trade Unions. Employers of all sizes, in all sectors, will potentially be affected.
