This session will explore competition law fundamentals, enabling you to identify relevant competition law issues in your day-to-day work, and seek input from external counsel when required. The training will consist of an overview of competition law fundamentals relevant to your business, including anticompetitive information sharing, abuse of dominance, merger control, and anticompetitive agreements (both vertical and horizontal), as well as the consequences of infringement under UK and EU Competition law.
