Part 2 – Transaction readiness: value adding preparatory actions and advance planning

The session is the second in a series (if you missed the first one, you can watch a recording here) and will explore 'Transaction Readiness', exploring the proactive actions to take well ahead of a deal process to add shareholder value, minimise risk and optimise deal outcomes.
This digital session will focus on issues related to labour, employment and executive compensation and benefits matters (such as share plans, share options, phantom equity plans and cash bonuses), both internationally (in the UK and other key jurisdictions) and in the United States.
Additionally, the speakers will briefly share key observations arising from the UK tax budget (30 October 2024) and the U.S. Election (5 November 2024) that should be factored into your advance planning for future transactions.
