Discussing her motives for taking on the case, Jenny said; "I hope to achieve a solution from HMRC and the ICO that upholds our data protection rights and stops them breaching all the different aspects of GDPR, such as data minimisation and necessity and proportionality. They should not be allowing bulk surveillance of our personal and financial data, and certainly not sending it to a foreign government."
