In some ways, intellectual property (IP) law has more of a connection with everyday life than any other branch of law, meaning that our work as IP advisers plays a role in our clients' advertising campaigns, their products on the shelves, how they describe their services and how they develop and deploy AI systems.
Of course, working in law, and especially in dispute resolution, means we often cannot discuss our work in public, and for very good reason. Occasionally, however, we have an opportunity to ask our clients to give third parties feedback on our work, either as part of our commitment to improving the levels of service we provide, or as part of legal directories' efforts to assess what clients, rather than law firms, say about our team members and our work.
The results of the directories' most recent research are now available and we are very pleased to read what our clients have said about us. We are delighted with top-tier rankings across all our Cambridge office's practice areas, with specific highlights in IP (across all of Patents, Trade Marks, Copyright and Designs) and in dispute resolution. Feedback from clients has identified efficiency, strategic thinking, clarity of advice, accurate and transparent billing, approachability and attentiveness as among the qualities they appreciate most in our IP and disputes offerings.
We are committed to maintaining and improving on these great results in the incoming year. In particular, our IP services will continue to span not just our Cambridge office but also our offices in Oxford and London, where our team has litigated some of the most important IP cases over the last decade and is leading the way on AI developments with the excellent GenAI caselaw and policy tracker.
We are excited to continue to innovate how we help our clients succeed, so please do let us know if you would like to discuss how we can help you with your business goals in 2025.
