The Times Educational Supplement reported that Mishcon de Reya are in discussions with a number of students and their families, whether this year's International Baccalaureate awards were unfair, and in contravention of data protection law.
Jon was quoted as saying: "what we are looking at is whether there is potential for a challenge to the fairness and the transparency around the use of an algorithm to make such a significant decision for students".
