Emma Woollcott, Partner at Mishcon de Reya and Head of the Reputation Protection and Crisis Management group, provided her perspective on Labour's approach to AI regulation.
Emma noted that Labour's commitment to introduce binding regulation on AI contrasts with the Conservative Party's less specific manifesto statements on the matter.
