Ben Lasserson, Simon Leaf, Chanelle Cattin and Peter Smith have written a piece for LawInSport on the high-profile competition law arbitral dispute between Manchester City Football Club and the Premier League in respect of the League's rules regarding Associated Party Transactions ("APT Rules").
Following two arbitral hearings, the Arbitral Tribunal issued Two Partial Final Awards, both of which have made findings in Manchester City's favour.
