Mark Reading, Partner in the Property Litigation group at Mishcon de Reya, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Property Litigation Association.
The Property Litigation Association is a member's organisation for professionals specialising in commercial, residential, and agricultural property law, and plays an important role in campaigning for improvements in property law and the court service. Mark has been involved in the work of the PLA for many years, most recently as chair of the association's website and marketing committee. He was also the chair of the Junior PLA for a number of years.
Mark commented: "I am thrilled to have been appointed as vice-Chair of the PLA for the coming year. It is an association I have gained an incredible amount from personally over the last 10+ years and I am committed to ensuring that it continues to go from strength to strength."
Mark will support Dellah Gilbert, Head of Real Estate Disputes at Maples Teesdale in her new role as Chair of the organisation, before becoming the Chair himself in November next year.
