Mishcon de Reya has advised Xalient, a UK-based supplier of global networking and cybersecurity services, on its recent partnership with Volpi Capital (Volpi).
Partner Nick Davis led the team, which also included Managing Associate Pippa Williamson, Associate Bridgette Gorman and Trainee Linda Ali. The Mishcon Private Equity team led by Partner Allison Keyse with Managing Associate Emma Miller acted for Xalient management with respect to their new equity arrangements with Volpi.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Sherry Vaswani, Xalient helps large corporations secure and rapidly migrate its networks to the cloud using cutting-edge technologies and was recognised as one of the fastest-growing firms in the UK and Europe in 2022.
Volpi's investment in Xalient will accelerate the company's international growth, expand its product portfolio with complementary capabilities, and scale the distinctive market proposition using M&A and further investments in the organisation.
