Mishcon de Reya has advised ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions and long-standing client of the firm, on its recent acquisitions of FusionPlus Data Limited and EvolutionX Holdings Limited, in connection with ECI’s wider acquisition of the ES Tech Group.

We value their commercial approach to our M&A strategy, helping us get deals done faster and with less challenges.”

Adam Bradley, Corporate Partner, who led the Mishcon de Reya team alongside Ammar Thair, Corporate Associate, said: “It has been great to close another strategic deal for ECI and to see yet more investment in the UK by a successful US group, who clearly continue to see the value in this market .

Adam was assisted by Jessica Domingos Pinto, Employment Associate, and Gary Richards and Stephen Elhabbal from the Corporate Tax team.
