Mishcon de Reya’s innovation practice boosted by strategic technology appointment

Mishcon de Reya is delighted to announce that Toby McCrindle has joined the firm’s Innovation department as a Partner.    

Toby is a senior technology and commercial contracts lawyer specialising in supporting innovative high growth and mature technology businesses. He has a unique background, having trained and practised at Allen & Overy in London and the Middle East before moving in-house as a General Counsel in the technology sector. Most recently, Toby was the Chief Legal and Operating Officer at lawtech/dealtech scaleup, SeedLegals.  

Toby’s practice is heavily focused on new and developing technology companies and his appointment as a partner to Mishcon de Reya demonstrates the firm’s strategic commitment to the technology and innovation sector.
