London Property Alliance (LPA) have released their latest report, commissioned by the City Property Association (CPA) and Westminster Property Association (WPA) NextGen committees, on AI and the Built Environment. The paper seeks to answer the important question – how will AI shape the future of central London's built environment and jobs in this sector?
Mishcon de Reya Real Estate Partner and Head of PropTech Nick Kirby and Innovation Partner Ashley Winton were amongst the thought leaders and experts who contributed to the LPA's research.
Within the report, Ashley predicts "the UK's attempt to regulate AI will be sidetracked by the General Election and it will be interesting to see how the Labour and Conservative manifestos address AI, as this will indicate what might come into law."
