The speaker Will Winch, Partner Will is a Partner and Knowledge Lawyer in the Employment department at Mishcon de Reya, who deals with contentious and non-contentious matters. His role is split between advising clients on all aspects of employment law and responsible for keeping the team at Mishcon updated on new developments in law. He has recently been a member of the Employment Lawyers Association's working party responsible for responding to government consultations on the future world of work – in particular, in relation to the 'gig economy'. Will regularly speaks at conferences and provides tailored training to clients. He has developed a highly interactive, entertaining approach to learning about the law and receives excellent feedback from those who have attended his sessions.
