Employment Legal Director Åsa Waring has written an article for Employment Law Journal on the legal and business case for supporting workers who are going through the menopause.
The article explores the legal issues around the menopause in the workplace relating to the employers’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010, as well as the new Acas guidance which aims to provide advice for both workers and employers on how to manage the impact of the menopause in the workplace.
