Agatha is an Associate in Mishcon Private.
Her practice covers the full spectrum of reputation protection and crisis management. She acts for, often high-profile, individuals, corporates and organisations in respect of defamation, misuse of private information, data protection and harassment issues.
Agatha trained at the firm and gained experience of shareholder disputes, real estate litigation and mediation as well as debt financing transactions. She also has experience advising clients with an international presence and family offices, particularly as she was seconded to Mishcon's Singapore office.
Agatha has authored media law case analysis articles for LexisNexis and is a volunteer with the Royal Courts of Justice advice clinic.

- Acting for a high-profile businessperson to mitigate a potential crisis instigated by a departing employee.
- Obtaining de-listing and take-down of defamatory and false content hosted by Internet Service Providers including Google.
- Assisting a client preparing a government consultation response on the operational framework of super complaints for the regulation of Online Safety Act.
- Auditing the due diligence profiles of political exposed clients and advising on reputational strategy.
- Acting for Luke Turner, a well-known artist, in successfully defending libel and harassment proceedings brought by Daniel Miller and Nina Power in relation to a series of publications on X (Miller & Power v Turner [2021] EWHC 2135)
