Dee is a Partner in the Residential Property team and a specialist in this area of law, having practised since 2007. She has built a particular reputation acting on time-sensitive sales and purchases of high-value properties in Prime Central London. She is known for her highly efficient and personable approach, receiving regular referrals from leading estate agents and buying agents.

Dee was ranked in The Spear's 500 in 2024 as one of the "Top Recommended" property lawyers and as a "Key Lawyer" in the Legal 500.

Dee will work as part of a client's entire professional team, including buying agents, tax advisors and private banks.

Her clients are usually high-net-worth individuals residing in the U.K. or purchasing property in London from overseas, including from the US, Middle East and Asia. Her clients are often purchasing second homes in London and are in need of related tax advice, including structuring, Stamp Duty Land Tax and Inheritance tax advice. Dee will work closely with our Tax team and other teams within the firm as required, including Planning, Wealth Structuring, Family and Immigration.
