James is an Associate in the Property Litigation team in the Real Estate department.
He has a range of experience spanning both commercial and residential property disputes, including lease renewals, break options, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, rent arrears, forfeiture, service charge disputes, possession claims, business rates, and rights of light.
James has experience advising both landowners and tenants, including educational institutions, developers, pension funds, insurance companies, public bodies, and private individuals.
James is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
