Lisa is the Firm's Practice Development Director. She is a qualified solicitor with a specialist role working across the legal departments and business development. Lisa provides business insight into prospective and current clients to enhance the Firm's knowledge of industries and sectors as well as to identify issues affecting the Firm's clients. She also manages market perception and brand awareness studies, the aim of which is to evaluate continually our position within the legal sector. Lisa organises the independent Client Feedback Programme and assists in ensuring that the Firm's services reflect our clients' needs and add value to their business. She also ensures that legal know-how and information are used effectively to develop and drive the Firm's business.
Key Experience
- Lisa runs the Firm's Business Insight Team who undertake in depth research and analysis to support the internal strategic planning of the Firm. This includes advice on the creation of new services, products, revision of existing ones and overall differentiation. This work has led to the development of the Firm's offering across a range of areas including Technology, Tax, Extradition and Reputation Protection.
- A key part of the Business Insight Team's work is to support fee earners with client development. During the last year Lisa has worked closely with the Senior Management of the Firm to develop a Key Client Relationship Programme which included bespoke client interviews and surveys as well as the creation of client plans so as to improve overall service and performance as well as connectivity to our clients.
- Lisa also works closely with the Business Development and Finance teams to assess ROI, analyse the development of the Firm's brand and measure the external impact and perception of our initiatives such as the FT London and the World partnership and Jazz Shapers on Jazz FM.
