Lydia is an Associate in the Employment department.
Lydia advises both businesses and individuals on all aspects of UK contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including contracts of employment and policies, redundancies, settlement agreements, terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and day-to-day HR matters.
Lydia's contention experience involves advising clients on a wide range of employment litigation, including whistleblowing detriment, discrimination, harassment, team moves and restrictive covenants enforcement and unfair dismissal.
Lydia has extensive experience on conducting complex workplace investigations, grievances and disciplinaries having spent two years on secondment to the internal employee relations team of a large financial institution. Lydia is also experienced in handling complex employment regulatory matters, having completed a further secondment to a large energy company to assist with their implementation of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime. Lydia has a keen interest in artificial intelligence and new technological process which can be used within the Employment space.
Lydia is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
