Internal Investigation Support

Internal investigations are a part of business life, as a precursor to anticipated regulatory action or to get to the facts around employee conduct, alleged bribery or fraud. An internal investigation requires sensitivity, proper planning and consistent implementation.

We work closely with lawyers in our White Collar Crime and Employment teams to support internal investigations. Our team has experience of managing the forensic process to find deleted or hidden data and uncovering evidence of what has occurred.

Often, we work at the start of an investigation to develop a strategy to collect information and to identify those who may be involved. We conduct interviews and first-hand data collection along with our legal colleagues.
