With the advent of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) / Unitary Patent regime, the Mishcon Patents team is well placed to manage and guide your patent litigation strategy across Europe.

Our Patent team comprises an experienced, passionate and committed group of lawyers, each bringing a wealth of experience and a track record in acting in many of the major precedent-setting patent actions before both the UK and European Courts over the last 25 years. Made up of both European patent attorneys and patent litigators with a diverse range of technical backgrounds, we run EPO opposition proceedings and UPC actions in parallel to UK actions. We excel in co-ordinating and managing cross-border European litigation, including before the UPC, where consistency, efficiency and strategic oversight is key to success.
