In this session, Kate Higgins (Head Knowledge Lawyer (Non-Contentious)) and Emma Miller (Managing Associate, Knowledge Lawyer) in our Corporate department will be answering some of the questions that frequently arise when signing and executing documents. The session will look at signing formalities for contracts and deeds by individuals and corporate entities, including overseas entities in a business context, and touch upon some of the considerations for virtual signings.
