Tom Grogan, Chief Executive Officer of MDRx, is the focus of a piece published by The Lawyer.
In the interview, Tom discussed his career so far and the establishment and growth of MDRx, Mishcon de Reya's digital transformation and legal engineering consultancy.
He explained: “I was working in the corporate department and was fortunate that joining coincided with an explosion of interest from clients in relation to cutting edge tech, while my previous endeavours with computer science enabled me to engage in the space in a much more meaningful way than other competitors necessarily could.
"Every firm says they want everyone to bring their whole self to work, but it’s not always a universal experience for trainee and junior lawyers across the City. I’ve felt really fortunate that I was trusted to try out a completely different business offering, and it’s just gone from strength to strength since.”
