Mishcon de Reya advises Elysian Residences on best-in class retirement village in Henley-on-Thames

Mishcon de Reya has advised luxury retirement living developer Elysian Residences on the acquisition, planning approval, joint venture arrangements and development finance aspects of its new best-in class retirement village.

The investment was made via its joint venture with Senior Living Investment Partners (SLIP), a partnership between Pension Insurance Corporation plc (PIC) and specialist real estate lender and investor Octopus Real Estate (Octopus). This is the third Elysian site that SLIP has invested in.

The new Integrated Retirement Community is located in Henley-on Thames and will include approximately100 units alongside a number of luxury amenities including a swimming pool, wellness and relaxation areas, and a curated library. The development has been designed to foster the sense of community that Elysian is synonymous with.
