Mishcon de Reya has advised Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, the global litigation law firm, on a significant lease extension and expansion of its London offices at 90 High Holborn.
Quinn Emanuel now occupies 67,000 sq ft making it the anchor tenant of the building for the next 10 years and the firm holds expansion rights to accommodate its plans for future growth.
The Mishcon de Reya team consisted of Matt Bowles, Partner, and Kavita Mehta, Managing Associate, both members of our Real Estate department.
