Nadim Meer, Head of Private Equity at Mishcon de Reya, commented: "Having known the Harvey Jones management team for many years it was particularly satisfying to help them secure this transaction. The deal allows the senior members of the team to exit gracefully and provides a solid platform for the new team to continue the growth plan."
Darren Woolsgrove, Managing Director of Harvey Jones, commented "Nadim and his team have been with us for a number of years and I can’t thank them enough for the support that they’ve given to Harvey Jones during that time.
