Sakhee has significant experience advising a range of companies across many different industry sectors and also acts for individuals. Sakhee specialises in employee reward and incentives matters and her experience includes:
- Working with companies on their commercial strategy in relation to pay and incentives so that they develop arrangements that keep their staff engaged and driven.
- Working with senior executives to best protect their position (on appointment or termination of employment).
- Drafting and implementing long term incentive plans, growth share arrangements and tax advantaged plans such as EMI and CSOP.
- Designing effective strategies to best communicate incentive plans to employees.
- Advising on complex and bespoke reward arrangements which require "out of the box" thinking.
- Providing training to clients on how incentive arrangements can be used to drive forward a Company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) targets.
- Advising on the implementation of cross-border incentive arrangements in overseas jurisdictions.
- Advising on public and private transactions.
Sakhee was ranked as a Rising Star in the Legal 500 2024.
Sakhee is passionate about diversity & inclusion issues and is chair of trustees of Strive which aims to increase social mobility diversity in the legal sector.
Sakhee is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.
