Real Estate Partner Susan Freeman has contributed to Property Week's Diversity & Inclusion Report.
Susan notes: "We have a lot of work to do to encourage people with different backgrounds, education and training into real estate. As a sector, we do suffer from what is known as 'comfortable clone syndrome' where managers tend to recruit in their image and, as a result, co-workers share similar interests and training and everyone thinks alike."
