Abigail is an Associate in the Employment Innovate team.
She has experience in a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious, including large-scale redundancies and restructures, TUPE transfers, restrictive covenants, supporting share and asset transactions and managing employee relations.
Abigail is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Training Committee of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Abigail is a trustee of Cambridge-based charity Cambridge Student Community Action and is the Chair of the Cambridge Young Professionals Group.

- Advising clients on appropriate strategy and procedure for dealing with Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal and disability discrimination claims.
- Advising on multi-million-pound acquisitions, including due diligence support, TUPE issues and negotiating service, settlement and consultancy agreements.
- Advising on complex issues relating to the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
- Advising on complex employment status issues and the application of IR35.
- Negotiating and advising upon senior-level and director exits.
