Georgina is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team.
Georgina has experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters in relation to patents, trade marks, passing off, copyright, and designs. She has particular experience in sectors including sports, retail, fashion, technology, financial services and healthcare. Georgina also has experience with brand protection enforcement, including in relation to anti-counterfeiting strategies. She has a particular interest in advertising matters and the impact of Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) decisions.
Georgina obtained a subject award for both Intellectual Property Law and Unjust Enrichment in her Law degree at King's College London.
