Laura is a Managing Associate in the Innovation department. She is a disputes lawyer with over 10 years' experience resolving disputes for clients in a broad range of sectors.
Laura has worked on disputes in the technology, oil and gas, telecoms, banking, private equity, shipping and IT sectors (amongst others). Laura also has experience of international disputes, having worked in the Dubai office of an international law firm.
Laura has experience of litigation, arbitration and mediation, and holds Higher Rights of Audience in the Civil Courts of England and Wales.

- Advising a professional services firm on the successful renegotiation of a substantial technology contract.
- Advising an investment management firm in relation to a potential claim regarding a mortgage-backed securitisation structure.
- Acting for an oil and gas company in relation to a contractual dispute (involving a finance document) which proceeded to a trial in the High Court (with a successful outcome for the client).
- Advising an international shipping company in High Court proceedings concerning a dispute regarding Bills of Exchange.
