Mohammed is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team in the Innovation department.
He has experience of IP litigation work involving patents, trade marks, copyright and passing off, as well as advising clients on brand protection strategies.
Before qualifying into the Intellectual Property team, Mohammed was seconded to a major media and entertainment company, where he advised on a range of commercial and intellectual property matters. During his training contract, Mohammed also advised clients on corporate and tax disputes matters.
Prior to training at Mishcon, Mohammed worked as a Trade Analyst at Sidley Austin LLP in Geneva, where he assisted in World Trade Organization dispute settlement proceedings.
