Nicholle is a Partner in the Planning team within the Real Estate department with over 20 years' experience advising on UK and international development and regeneration projects.
Nicholle has advised on many high-profile and complex development projects including: Stratford City and the Olympics, Kings Cross, Elephant and Castle, Earls Court, Royal Mint Court, Ram Brewery, London Wall, Royal Albert Dock, New Scotland Yard, and Waterloo International.
Nicholle advises across all aspects of planning and development projects including advising on appeals/call-ins, statutory challenges, judicial reviews, s106 and highways agreements, EIA, CIL, FOIA/EIR, with a keen interest in mixed-use urban regeneration, commercial development, sports, hotels, leisure, housing and heritage matters and particular interest in ESG and EDI.
Nicholle is a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience and has spent time working in Asia and the Middle East.
