Susannah is an Associate, Trade Mark Attorney in the Intellectual Property team in the Innovation department.
She has been working in IP since 2019 and has experience advising on brand protection and enforcement (trade marks, copyright and designs) across a wide range of sectors worldwide such as the media, hospitality and automotive industries. Susannah has substantial experience dealing with third party and registry objections in a number of jurisdictions, with particular expertise at the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO.
Susannah advises clients from the conception of a brand up until registration and beyond, assisting them with not only obtaining registration but enforcing these rights.
