Thomas is an Associate in the Corporate department and has a range of experience in transactional and advisory work. His transactional experience includes advising on acquisitions, fundraising and private equity. He also advises clients on shareholder arrangements and reorganisations.
Thomas particularly enjoys working with founders helping them realise the value of their hard work. In addition, he works with some of the firm's biggest corporates as part of a team which often spans multiple departments.
Thomas is a member of the Corporate Practice Technology Group and the firm's FinTech Group.
Thomas volunteers with the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre providing pro-bono advice to the Black Justice Project and to individuals who are victims of revenge porn (SPITE). In addition, Thomas enjoys working with disadvantaged children via TutorMate who need reading practice.
