Mishcon de Reya has successfully advised Starlight Bidco Limited, a newly incorporated entity owned by Starwood Funds, on its recommended acquisition of Balanced Commercial Property Trust Limited (BCPT).
The Mishcon de Reya deal team was led by corporate partner Mark Thompson and real estate partner Kathryn Hodgson with support from Saul Sender, Henrietta Garner, Troy Featherstone, Amy Davidson, Tom Istefanous, Daniel Wigman, Reem Kabour and Louie Buckland.
Mishcon de Reya has continued to invest in its corporate real estate practice with both the hire last year of corporate partner, Mark Thompson and the promotion of Dan Goldsbrough to partner, supplementing an already strong team.
