Verity serves as the Senior Community Engagement Manager, overseeing one of the three pillars of Responsible Business: Community Engagement. This pillar encompasses pro bono work, volunteering initiatives, and firmwide giving.
After qualifying as a solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Verity transitioned to the not-for-profit sector, where she held the position of Director of Operations at Movement for Change - which was set up to train community organisers.
Since joining Mishcon in 2014, Verity has played a pivotal role in various capacities, including overseeing the establishment of the Mishcon Academy. Her decade-long tenure at the firm has been marked by significant contributions to the impact strategy, culminating in the recent formation of the Responsible Business team.
