Following a health and safety incident, we support our clients by providing tailored response management solutions. Responding appropriately to incidents often means having to respond quickly to regulators and other third parties and taking effective action to reduce the risk of recurrence. Our services include:

Internal Investigations

We provide bespoke services relating to the handling of investigations and manage all possibilities for our clients, from the outset and scope of investigations to conducting interviews following a serious health and safety related incident.

External and Regulatory Investigations

We provide strategic support to a number of organisations and individuals who are the subject of external regulatory investigations by UK regulators, including;

Enforcement Notice appeals

We assist with challenging improvement and prohibition notices, as well as fees for intervention (FFI) and notices of contravention (NoC).

Professional Misconduct & Discipline Tribunals

We act in disciplinary proceedings for individuals against their regulatory body and assist with challenges to their conduct in terms of the delivery of their services to relevant persons.
