Mishcon de Reya have advised the shareholders of recruitment automation platform, LaunchPad, on its sale to SaaS talent intelligence platform Outmatch.
This sale creates a first-of-its-kind candidate-driven talent selection platform with global scalability, which combines LaunchPad's state-of-the-art automation and AI-driven predictive analytics, with OutMatch's data-driven assessment offerings into a single integrated, automated workflow platform. The platform is set to bring efficiency, transparency and data to the hiring process and enable companies to maximize the lifetime value of their employee base.
