Mishcon de Reya has been named as one of the UK's leading family-friendly employers, securing a place in the top 10 of the Top Employers for Working Families list for 2024.
The list, compiled by Working Families, the UK’s national charity for working parents and carers, recognises organisations that go above and beyond in supporting the work-life balance and career development of parents and carers.
Now in its fifteenth year, the Top Employers for Working Families benchmark highlights the importance of flexible working and family-friendly policies. Employers are rigorously assessed on their integration into organisational strategy and culture, policy, consistent practice and evidence and statistics.
Mishcon has made significant strides in enhancing its support for employees with caring responsibilities. The firm has introduced a comprehensive carer's policy, which includes paid leave for carers, and has implemented paid dependant leave, reflecting a commitment to accommodating the diverse needs of its people.
