Paul is a leading figure in real estate, with over three decades of experience. Known for his strategic leadership and commitment to sustainability, Paul has overseen Derwent's growth into one of the largest and most innovative REITs focused on central London. He is Chair of the Sadler's Wells Foundation, the New West End Company, and a board member of the Westminster Property Association. Paul also serves on the real estate committee of HM The King's Sustainable Markets Initiative.
