She specialises in real estate tax matters on asset transactions (acquisitions, sales and leasing structures), corporate wrapper deals, and development and investment structuring, advising across all key asset classes including high value commercial, residential (including build to rent), student accommodation and industrial and logistics.
Key Experience
- Advised on the tax and structuring for parts of one of the largest mixed-use development schemes in single ownership to be developed in London
- Advised on managing the tax aspects of the £700 million sale of an iconic London skyscraper
