Chanéz is an Associate in our Real Estate department specialising in commercial property. She has experience of advising developers, landlords and corporate occupiers across a broad spectrum of sectors including retail, office, industrial and energy.
Chanéz regularly advises institutional funds, Real Estate companies and tenants on a range of matters including the acquisition and disposal of investment property, financing, leased developments and asset management. She also has experience working alongside the Corporate team, advising on the property elements of their deals and projects.
