Jaryl is an Associate in the Singapore office specialising in banking and finance.

He has experience acting for international banks, financial institutions and corporates in a variety of cross-border finance transactions, including asset-based financing, syndicated secured financing and trade and supply chain financing. He has recently acted for major lessors and airlines in aviation transactions.

Prior to joining Mishcon, Jaryl worked at leading US and UK law firms and was previously seconded to the corporate finance team at a large international bank.

  • Acting for a syndicate of European banks in relation to a £65 million revolving credit facility to a UK-based money transfer company for the optimisation of cash flow management.
  • Acting for a global bank in a secured revolving asset-based lending facility to a factoring company in the People's Republic of China.
  • Acting for a syndicate of Japanese banks in a senior secured term loan facility to finance the acquisition of multiple office properties in Japan.
  • Acting for a global bank on an inventory and receivables purchase financing facility provided to a leading oil company to facilitate its liquidity needs.
  • Acting for global banks in relation to advising, structuring and negotiating bespoke structured lending and trade agreements.
  • Acted for a corporate on off-take and prepayment agreements for commodity supply.
  • Acting for the borrowers in relation to a S$400 million multi-currency revolving credit facility to finance their general corporate purposes.
