Kirpal Kaur is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate department with expertise in high value commercial property transactions and residential development projects. Kirpal mainly acts for private clients, including private family offices, privately owned property companies and entrepreneurs in respect of the acquisition, disposal and funding of high value offices, hotels and residential properties. Her clients include Ultra High Net Worth overseas families (in particular from the Middle East), Cohort Capital, The Dominus Group, The Pears Group and a number of other confidential clients.

Kirpal has longstanding international relationships and a sound understanding of the requirements of overseas property investors. She is known for going beyond the call of duty and proactively helps clients with their business objectives through her tenacious and commercial approach. According to the managing director of one of the UK's largest privately owned property companies, who has worked with Kirpal for more than a decade, she is "incredibly commercial and efficient and has never let us down over the years."
